Thank you for choosing our socks! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you have any issues with your order for any reason, you are welcome to return it. Please see the details below about our return/refund policy.

  • RETURN POLICY
    • Our return window is thirty (30) days of the delivery date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate a return.
    • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Before returning an item, please first contact us via info@gowithsocks.com
    • Please note that we offer 30 days free return which means you will not pay for the return shipping cost, but we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
    • We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method to return it back.

  • REFUND POLICY
    • After receiving and inspecting the condition of the item returned, kindly allow us at least two (3) days from the receipt of the item to process your return.
    • Once we receive the returned item in its original unopened condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
  • EXCEPTIONS
    • For defective, damaged, missing or wrong size/color products, please contact us via phone/email to arrange a refund or replacement.
