Orders:

A: To place an order on our website, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping and payment information, and then confirm your order.
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.

A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please fill the form on the wholesale inquiries section and we will get back to you within the next 12-24 hours.

A: Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please see below for the domestic orders.

Normally we don't provide phone support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP. You can also chat with us on the website.

Shipping:

A: We ship to all countries around the world. Our warehouse is located in NJ, US. USPS is our primary courier for international orders and FedEx for local orders, but we may use alternate ground/air shipping methods.
A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can see the shipping cost at checkout. In the U.S, free shipping on all orders over $50.
A: We ship orders in the same day if we receive it before 2 PM EST. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the next business day.
A: Yes, for the orders in the U.S., we offer next day shipping option for an additional fee. You can select the proper shipping option at checkout.
A: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to help you. There can be replacement/refund options for damaged/lost orders.

Returns:

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method to return it back.
A: Within the first 30 day of purchase, we provide a prepaid return label, after this it depends on the item and the case.
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please contact us to initiate an exchange if you have received wrong color/size.

Refunds:

A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. In order to expedite the refund process, kindly remind us once the item is returned to us.
A: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 3 business days to show up on your bank account.
A: No, we do not refund shipping costs unless the item we sent is wrong, defective or damaged.
A: Yes, you will be refunded the amount you paid after applying the promo code.
A: It depends on the condition of the item returned. If we received the item opened, used and dirty, then we can deduct the restocking fee up to 70% of the total refund amount.

Products:

A: Our socks are made from a variety of materials, including cotton, alpaca wool, merino wool, bamboo, linen and synthetic blends. Please refer to the product description for details about the materials used in each product.
A: Our socks are designed in Berlin, Germany and made in Istanbul, Turkiye.
A: Yes, most of our socks are machine washable. Please refer to the care instructions page for specific washing instructions.
A: At this time, we do not offer custom designs for individual orders. However, we may be able to accommodate custom orders for wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information.
A: Some of our socks are made from hypoallergenic materials, such as bamboo or organic cotton. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.

Wholesale

A: Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for businesses. Please contact us for more information.
A: The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is 3000 pairs of socks.
A: On request, we are able to manufacture any type of socks with customized packings in a desired quality. Please contact us for more information.
A: The processing time for wholesale orders depends on the size of the order and the availability of the products. Please contact us for further information.
A: We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card for wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information about payment options.

Lifetime Guarantee

A: It covers holes, unraveling, thinning, and craftsmanship faults in socks purchased from gowithsocks.com.

A: Contact GoWith via email (info@gowithsocks.com) with your order number, proof of purchase, description of the defect, and photos of the socks.

A: File a claim as described above. If accepted, you will receive a replacement or a refund.

A: Claims are reviewed within 5 days. Once accepted, you receive a replacement or a refund.

A: We do not require your worn-out socks to be shipped to our side but only the proof of the defect via photos.

A: No, the warranty is void if there are unauthorized changes, such as dyeing or cutting the socks.

A: The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, incorrect care, or normal wear and tear.

A: No registration is required to be eligible for the lifetime guarantee

A: The lifetime guarantee is currently not available for international orders.
